Pros: - lots of pups close by - cleaner area of london Cons: - head concierge was very stressed and condescending - parking expensive and 10 minutes walk away, valet service cost extra - Restaurant way overpriced for what's offered - most of the room dated and slightly damaged - bed rock hard and pillows like clouds, strange mix

Pros: Everything perfect.. breakfast amazing. Staff is amazing. I will stay again .. location is just perfect. Cons: Only small but nothing really .. carpets. I know now next time I will ask for a room without a carpet.
Charming London hotel
This boutique hotel was a delightful choice for our first trip to London. The staff could not have been more helpful. Everyone was so nice and the service was top notch. The location was great for us and we were able to walk to many nearby shops and restaurants as well as Hyde Park and the Oratory. Brompton Road was a block away which was convenient but the location of the hotel was very quiet in contrast. The proximity to Harrod's was a plus in my wife's eyes. The rooms were well appointed, super clean and very quiet. It seemed as if we were the only ones on our floor but I know the hotel was
