Great staff, but disappointing value for a five-star hotel

We recently stayed at the hotel from Friday to Monday and had a mixed experience. The strongest aspect of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful, and their attitude made our stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, there were several issues that we would not expect from a five-star property. We were assigned a room where it was impossible to take a shower standing up in the bathtub because of the heavily sloped ceiling. Pros: Emplacement et le personnel Cons: Junior suite sans machine à café ni une bouteille d’eau pour l’accueil. J’ai dû payer 5€ ?!?

Amazing stay

This was an amazing location and hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Nicolo who gave us the best recommendations and wanted us to feel the most comfortable here.

Pros: Verassend hotel van binnen zeer mooi, wat je als je buitenstaat niet verwacht. Zeer goed ontbijt. Cons: Parkeren is wel een probleem. We waren op doorreis dus prima echter je moet hier geen week zitten in deze plaats. Zeer klein niks te beleven. Dan kun je beter een plaats hiervoor nemen. Meer stranden, hotels, restaurants en winkels etc.
