Pros: The boys loved it they were so excited xx Cons: Maybe the noise but it was ok just Henry got a little bit bothered but he was fine we understand it was a lively area xx
Amazing apartment couldn’t recommend enough
Cons: The company was given £200 in cash as a mandatory security deposit but when trying to claim it back I was told I had to contact someone else because the on site employee said he had nothing to do with it and couldn't get hold of the person the money was given to. I eventually got paid via bank transfer but thought it was very unprofessional and added an element of stress that was unwarranted.
Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Actually upgraded us to a bigger room on a lower floor at no extra cost to accommodate my elderly dad. Cons: Few little hiccups initially but very minor and sorted quickly.

Pros: Loved the location was right in centre of everything Cons: Didn’t like all the stairs we had to walk up to the apartment
