Great value, lovely neighbours, very close to train station & bus stops.

Not the way to visit NYC

Pros: The property had a good range of facilities. eg washing machine, kitchen. However the Suite was very cramped with the couch and TV just in the first bedroom at the bottom of the bed. Meals table and chairs were just part of the hallway and the kitchen, bathroom were very cramped. Cons: The neighbourhood was very uninviting and we did not feel safe walking around or using the subway. The area has very little to offer in the way of activities and is not suitable for using as a base to visiting NYC. Access to the cbd is quite difficult with a number of changes required to use the subway. We

Better than expectations

Pros: The apartment is large and comfortable. We found all we needed for our stay, including free mineral water, snacks, masks, slippers and even a stroller for our baby. Contrarily to some previous reviews, we could eat easily in four people in the table. The owner was very helpful and fast to answer our questions online and to provide what we needed. Although somebody discorauged us to choose this location, it revealed perfect for our stay: it is very close to a subway station (although a non-accessible one for weelchairs and stroller, due to the long stairs), neighbors are friendly and so
