Pros: The hotel is quite close to the seaport although really not in it. The rooms are new and quite comfortable. Cons: The check in process was fraught...computers glitchy and it was late ( after a pavilion concert). We wanted to see the seaport before the concert and there was no noon check in possibility. The usual 3 pm check in really doesn't work for this location.
Great place to stay near the Convention Center
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The valet guys were great. The front desk staff were all very nice. The housekeeping folks I saw in the hallway all said good morning to me, or hello in the afternoon. The room was very clean and everything worked as I expected. The AC was strong and cold. Everything in the room was laid out as one would like it to be on a business trip. However - the clock in the room didn't work at all. It wasn't a big deal but why have one if it doesn't work? And the WiFi was terribly weak in my room. It was stronger by the desk and the window, but unusable 10-15
I would definitely recommend this accommodation and I would definitely stay again. The expresso coffee was amazing and
