I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the behavior of the front desk employee during my stay last night September 22 (unfortunately I don’t recall his name). Although I had made and fully paid for my reservation through Expedia, the employee initially denied the existence of my booking. Only after my repeated insistence did he finally locate the reservation and provide me with the room. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest.
