Pros: Very well located. Spotless and amazing staff - making a birthday experience perfect. Cons: Brilliant staff. Brilliant location. Very clean. Great breakfast. Great value.

Lovely hotel in a great location to enjoy London

Pros: Great location in a lovely neighbourhood only a few minutes walk from the Earls Court metro. Comfy beds and nice bathroom. Front desk team very friendly Cons: Average breakfast with limited choice if you don’t want the typical English one. Although the room was spacious , with two beds, it was arranged very unpractical, with only one plug visible and accessible to charge our phones , another behind the wardrobe and none in the bathroom.

Enjoyable stay near to Earls Court Underground

Pros: The staff and the cleanliness and the good quality breakfast we enjoyed. Cons: The room was a little small, but it made up for it in cleanliness and the bathroom was good, and we could open a window which was a real boost to how we slept. We had asked for a quiet room and we were pleased

Great hotel to stay at, would book again.

Pros: The breakfast was lovely, if you had a dietary requirement the staff were happy to help. All the staff were lovely and very friendly. It is in a good place for using the tube and plenty of shops and restaurants around it. Cons: Can't really think of anything I didn't like. We had everything we needed. The staff are very helpful and really lovely. I would book again.
