Beautiful and Luxurious
It is a beautiful setting, with gorgeous facilities and grounds. The room was extremely comfortable and had everything you needed. The outdoor pool was super as was the spa treatments. What really stood out was the staff. Each staff member was so attentive, welcoming and kind. Nothing was too much. They made us feel very special as we were celebrating a special occasion. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful setting, service hit and miss.
We decided to stay at this hotel as we go to racing a lot and usually stay in town. I contacted the hotel directly and was quoted the same price as on Booking.com so I asked what the advantages were of booking direct, and other than being able to contact the hotel more easily.. [??} there were none so I didn’t. The hotel was apologetic that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3pm and assured us they would come and tell us as soon as it was. We waited an hour during which time the manager came over to us in the bar twice to ask if everything was ok promising to find out if our room was rea

Stay with character and charm.
Short stay mid week. Large suite which had a high level of cleanliness. Very efficient air con which was welcomed. Spacious bathroom with all toiletries provided. Lovely heated pool and plenty of sunbeds. Lovely building and stunning grounds. The main building had lots character and charm. A particularly tasty breakfast with plenty of buffet choice, which also has a good hot option that could be ordered. Location is excellent when visiting the Cotswolds. Would we return ? Yes
