Pros: Only the location Cons: The room is good for one only or just for having a sleep for couple. The breakfast isnt good, just a omlettee and bread

Pros: Great location, close to the Old town. The staff at the hotel is great! Cons: Lack of towels, no elevator.

Pros: This is a convenient hotel for a short stay. It is clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful, polite and attentive. Location is good for most city attractions Cons: Whilst there is good double glazing there was excessive traffic noise if staying in a balcony / front room. No fridge in the room, which would have been helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff. A special thanks to Ms. Ellina for her warm welcome and for always checking in to make sure we were comfortable—she is truly outstanding. Abdullah and Mohamed were also very attentive during their shifts and took great care of us. Nahid is a very kind and helpful person, thanks for being a good person and Farida made our breakfast experience feel luxurious—she is a lovely lady.
