Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Love the breakfast, and the room was clean. Cons: The pool is cold, called the desk and said they will send maintenance tomorrow. The fitness gym lacks equipments.

Other than having to pay for parking, excellent stay.
Pros: This property is a wonderful place to stay in Buffalo. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff and front desk team were welcoming, helpful, and professional. Our room was spotless and cozy—perfect for me and my two teenage grandchildren. Even though the hotel was packed because of college move‑in week, the service never faltered. Breakfast was absolutely yummy, and the whole stay felt easy and enjoyable. We’ll be back for sure. Cons: Paying for parking
