Pros: It was clean, and the staff was friendly Cons: The computer system was down the day of check-in and I stood in line for at least 30 to 40 minutes

Pros: The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the balcony was well kept. The breakfast was a great selection. The entire staff was kind and friendly and helped with anything we needed. Cons: The entire computer system was down so we had to wait for 90 minutes to check in and missed our dinner plans because of it. As I understand things like this are out of the company's control, we never got an explanation. Also the safe was broken and went off in the middle of the night.
