We had an awesome stay

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The location was in a very nice area. The suite was clean, modern and super nice. Price was good value for what we got. Would stay there again. Cons: All was good!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Cons: I had to cancel my booking because there was no notice that the pool was closed, and now the property is ignoring my request for a refund!!! Terrible CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! I WANT MY MONEY!! I CALLED THE MANAGER…and have yet to hear back!! DO BETTER!!
