Great, staff and van and location was awesome. Ice water and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby.
Pros: Breakfast was good, room size was great. Walkable distance to the sphere, used the van to get to the strip. Cons: Ice water and coffee in the lobby would have been awesome. But not avaliable.
Pros: Location was within walking distance to the Sphere. Good breakfast included with room. Cons: The reservation was for 2 Queens, but was given 1 king. They could not provide a new room, so gave us roll away bed, not acceptable. The bathtub would not drain well when showering.

Pros: El desayuno fue bastante bueno y varias o. Cons: Que me dieron un cuarto con dos camas queen y yo pedi con una king, el servicio al cliente pesimo porque les aclare con un mensaje de confirmacion de mi booking igual no me dieron lo que yo quería. El toilet tenía un pelo puvico y por eso me cambiaron a otro cuarto pero igual de camas queen, entonces aquí el cliente no tiene la razon.
Not what I expected.
Pros: The location was close to the airport which was nice since we arrived so late at night. The bed was comfortable. Cons: The hotel is so outdated. Everything was brown and felt old. The pictures I saw online were very deceiving so I felt a bit duped.
The property was clean and convenient. We checked in very late because the other hotel that we booked was unacceptable to us. RJ at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. We went to eat at their restaurant and it was late, but Francisco was an excellent waiter and RJ brought our keys to us at the restaurant. It was a great experience.
