Had a fantastic time. Loved the location.
Pros: The staff and breakfast were fantastic! Location is incredible. Cons: Room needed some attention. Wallpaper was peeling in one spot, toilet has been broken at some point and glued back together.

No room you enjoy staying in
Pros: The staff was friendly Cons: The rooms are extremely outdated. Carpets, curtains, and couch look dirty and you prefer not to touch anything. There is an extremely unpleasant smell in the room (old, musty, moldy)
Very pleasant and seamless.
Pros: Big room, great breakfast, and very helpful and friendly staff. Cons: The whole property is non-smoking. However, our room smelled of a previous occupant that smoked in the room. Also, there was a cigarette burn on the ottoman. I called the front desk and was assured that all the rooms are non-smoking. Since we were staying 2 nights, we decided to stay in the room and turned the fan on high. We left and returned 4 hours later and the smell was much better. We did tell the staff at check out and they apologized and would check the room.
The hotel was wonderful. We really enjoyed the pond and ducks
