Embassy suites stay
Embassy Suites New Orleans greeting at the front desk by the most professional and accommodating team Kiama and Marvin the front desk manager. They were very helpful with our stay.
Marvin and Excellent customer service
This weekend at this Hotel had a lot of challenges however, I would like to acknowledge the Marvin one of the Managers he was absolutely amazing. He assisted us with professionalism, patients, and kindness. The Hilton corporation should command and acknowledge Marvin for his excellence in customer service.
Worst Hotel Experience of My Life
This hotel needs a major overhaul. Was there for a convention and the rooms did not have air. It was 78 degrees in the rooms. The manager D’Corian needs more training. The manager Marvin lied saying that he would give me some Hilton points and have not. I emailed the general manager Christopher never responded to my email with any resolutions. This was the WORST Hilton hotel stay and hotel stay of my life. The only good thing snot this hotel was the convenient walk to the convention center.
