Pros: Clean. Rooms have been updated since the last time we stayed there. Cons: Pool on site not available (had kids with us). 20 minute wait for hot breakfast (only one person doing the omelet's, bacon, waffles, pancakes and eggs).

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Lincoln, Nebraska for 10 days. From the Valet to the front desk and everyone in-between was courteous, professional and efficient. Our only complaint was trying to communicate with the room maids as they only spoke Spanish. We highly recommend the Embassy Suites in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. You'll definitely enjoy your stay. Thank you Embassy Suites and all their staff for a job well done!
Worst hotel stay at a Hilton Property. Beware
As someone who travels frequently for work, I stay in Hilton properties on a regular basis and have always trusted the brand. Unfortunately, my stay at Embassy Suites Lincoln on June 20 was one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. During check-in, an intoxicated woman walked up and inserted herself into the process while I was at the front desk. She stood beside me as I was providing personal information and remained there while I completed my check-in. At one point, she was standing so close that my husband and I had to ask her to move so I could even insert my credit
