Good location, but dirty.

Pros: The location. Cons: Everything was dirty. The room, the restaurant area, the elevator... No 4-star standard...

The hotel was nice, the decor was lovely, the location was great.

Pros: Really lovely decor, good sized room and quiet. Cons: The room could have been cleaned a little better. There were a few crumbs on the sofa in the room and on the floor when we arrived.

Everything you'd like and more

Pros: Having a kitchen (fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher) is economical since many meals can be done pretty cheaply. Best of all is the washer/dryer, so you can pack half the clothes, especially on a longer trip. It takes a few hours but it is still worth it. And the staff are very pleasant and responsive to any requests. I've stayed at the Kensington hotel before and it is well situated for transportation all over London. (The Tower Bridge location has the same amenities.) Cons: Minor, but longer hours for the 'cafe' would be nice - not so much a 'didn't like' as a wish.

Easy for one night, wouldn't want to stay in peak summer.

Pros: Location very useful and overall design of the building is pleasant. Cons: The air conditioning in the room was remotely turned off so we couldn't cool the room down. The hotel is based on a main road so windows open weren't an option either.

Pros: Good breakfast

Pros: Good breakfast. Good air conditioning and fun furnishings. Cons: Long wait for breakfast on our last day, good the other days. Could have been cleaner. They didn't come to change towels and we had to go to reception to get toilet paper.
