Staff and service very poor especially in the rooftop bar with the younger workers , never came to take drink orders for
Pros: Roof top views beautiful Cons: The pool was filthy I could not swim in it. Also bitter cold which I’m surprised after the hot water

Great location, feels expensive, would stay again.
Pros: Great location, we were visiting for a double family celebration and the hotel upgraded our room (rm 125, large, clean and totally quiet despite the hotel proximity to the main street). Reception feels upscale, quiet & peaceful, lounge bar open in the evenings or rooftop bar with fantastic views over Madrid open most of the day. Hotel is about 10 steps from the metro stop (Google Maps suggested 300m - not often it is wrong !) and 10 mins walk to hundreds of cafes / bars./ restaurants. Drinks not overly priced for a nice hotel in a main European capital (€20 for a cocktail and a large
