Disappointed , unpleasant stay, very unprofessional .
Extremely disappointed with this Booking I had a very disappointing experience with this property from start to finish. The first issue was the PIN code provided to access the room. It was incorrect, and after several failed attempts, I had to contact the host, who told me the pin provided was incorrect and then gave me the correct one. When I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell like someone was smoking a cigarette before my check-in. However, the biggest disappointment was discovering that the accommodation was completely different from what I had booked. I had reserved an apar

Comfort wise not good, need improvement
Pros: Location is good, building is also good Cons: Bed & mattress, wash basin drainage system is chocked, hot water is with very low pressure

Pros: Location, for us was probably perfect, easy walking distance to the centre, and the car parking was brilliant, easy to use and convenient Cons: The flat could benefit from a refurb, laminate flooring looks tired, so it detracts for the overall general good apartment, also seems the previous occupant had broken the door to the small but would have still been used balcony, we were advised on entering, so not really a big issue, also not sure if they are aware the dishwasher might be not working, is missing top shelf, but still a comfortable stay overall
