Pros: Ideal for what we needed, basic but comfortable. Well worth the money you pay! Lovely staff member met us at the property, his name was Tim, went above and beyond for us with recommendations, helped us to our room, quick replies when we had any questions. So helpful! Cons: Was slightly further out that we would usually stay, but a few tram stops and you’re in Blackpool centre, so not too much of an issue! No lifts in property.

Excellent location, lovely owners/staff

Pros: Location was brilliant, very close to the cliffs tram stop or buses Once i met the owners they were lovely, communication was good and very helpful Cleaners were lovely too on our last day Cons: Sofa bed wasnt very comfortable, think could do with a mattress topper And we mentioned the towels, but owner explained why
