Lovely place close to town centre.
Pros: Location was great, close to the common and the centre of town. Self contained dwelling with outside space. Cons: Although there was an excellent kitchen, there was no dining table or lap trays for food consumption. A fold down wall table and chairs would work. The washing machine is probably unnecessary and could be replaced with an under counter fridge, doing away with the large fridge freezer, thus freeing up space for a table in the kitchen. No off street parking. On street parking can be a problem as spaces are limited.

A lovely, cosy and well equipped property. All furnishings and fittings are top quality.
Pros: Superb facilities Cons: Nothing
