A perfectly good hotel, which is probably the best choice in Chiasso
Pros: A good stay with everything you need. No issues to report. Cons: Everything was fine.

Pros: Near central train station. Cons: I chose this hotel because I read a review in which a guest said that he received the Ticino card by email (The Ticino Ticket is a free guest card given to anyone staying at least one night in a hotel, youth hostel, campsite, or private accommodation in the Canton of Ticino, Switzerland). I requested this card by email because I arrived in the evening and it would have helped me get from Bellinzona. I did not receive the card and in the evening when I arrived at the accommodation I only received the room key without the card. We were tired but it was goo

Pros: The set-up of the room was unexpectedly nice, the loby was somehow separated and we had an extra sofa. The set-up of the bathroom (with a big shower and a balcony) was also amazing. Cons: The room was renovated more than 20 years ago and the furniture and floor were very old.
