Pros: Very close to train and bus stations - within walking distance
Pros: Very close to train and bus stations - within walking distance. Also close to restaurants. Very nice area. Cons: Room very very small, bathroom door didn't close properly. Room for 3 people is very small and crowded and can barely walk around without hitting each other or furniture. Overly expensive for such a small crowded room.
Passable For One Night
Pros: The room was okay, not what we expected from the photographs of the rooms. The hotel was a 6 minute walk from the theatre we were going to for a show which was the main point. The bed was at least comfortable with clean bedding and there was a small fridge in the room. We had a one night stop over for a show we were attending so it served it purpose for somewhere to shower, sleep and get changed, but would have likely booked into somewhere else if it was for longer. Cons: Didn't like the fact that it took up to 10 minutes for the hot water to start running through, had to run the water
An excellent stay
Pros: Like everything about the Hotel. Receptionist was really pleasant. Room was so clean. Bedding was clean and tidy. No noise from other guests. A great place and would return Cons: Nothing to report
I'd stay again if it was on a really good discount, but otherwise I would look for alternatives.
Pros: Overall, I liked the neighborhood. The surroundings and buildings look nice from the outside. Many places can be reached via Victoria in 10 minutes. It's also a quiet and peaceful location. If you go a little south and west, you can find yourself among the locals. Cons: The fact that it's a hotel converted from an old house, the lack of an elevator, and the absence of private bathrooms and toilets in the rooms are all negative points. Also, the appliances, lamps, etc. in the rooms are very old.
This hotel ok but booking.com are rubbish
Pros: It served a purpose after our other absolute diabolical slum had a water leak from another rooms shower into ours. All our electric went off and they expected us to stay there. Cons: Do not like the non existent customer care from Booking.com they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a hotel to be on their site.
