Excellent place in central location of Liverpool.
Pros: Excellent room, Clean and confortable. Self check-in process straight forward Cons: The online self ID check is a bit of a pain - but that’s because us travellers Like being lazy - self-check online was faster than having to go through a human tho.
Excellent would highly recommend.
Pros: The location was amazing, and everybody loved the apartment, lots of videos posted on social media. 😃 Cons: There was no ventitation, no windows would open. Couldn t find a brus, picked up 1 and ledt it at the apartment. No cleaning stuff 4 worktops or dishwashing tablets.
Venue couldn’t care less after they have your money.
Pros: Not much too like when the apartment was a sauna Cons: On check in I raised that the apartment was too hot and the climate control was not working. This was not addressed and I had to sleep in a sauna which led to a very uncomfortable night with no sleep.
Pros: Location Cons: Staff took nearly 2 hours to meet us to let us in the building as the code they provided didn't work for us or other guests
