Highly recommended for your stay in Madrid if you're planning to visit the park and center city
Pros: The hotel was in a great location next to the train station. The staff was extremely helpful with our requirements for the room (one baby and one child) and also allowed us to have early check-in. The pool is small but really nice and warmed. Cons: The crib for the baby was not comfortable. It did not support the baby enough.

Gracias. Cons: El sofá cama es incomodísimo y el aire acondicionado dejaba de funcionar a pesar de que avisamos al recepcionista, nos dijo que funcionaba ok cuando no es verdad.
Hotel y atencion increible, precaucion con self-check in fuera de horario
Pros: Impecable Excelentes instalaciones, atencion y equipamiento del departamento Cons: Sistema self-check in (servicio externo) presento fallas en mi ingreso a las 1AM y el telefono de urgencia no contesto. Aunque se resolvio con ayuda un turista vecino que nos ayudo, fue un momento complicado
Hermoso apartamento
Pros: Excelente ubicación en una calle tranquila, con supermercados a metros, Atocha a un paso. El apartamento es bonito, luminoso, amplio, con todo lo necesario en cuanto a electrodomésticos, buena ropa de cama, buena señal de wifi y climatizacion. Mike en recepción, un encanto en persona, gracias por las risas. La bolsita con los artículos de limpieza, un detalle distinto. Regresaría sin dudarlo!! Cons: Sugerencia: repondría el café/té diariamente en estancias de varios días
