Pros: We kwamen in de ochtend aan, maar mochten inchecken terwijl de inchecktijd pas in de middag was. Goede service! Goede airco in warme augustus. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. We waren een kamersleutelkaart kwijt, maar onze 3 kaarten werden gratis vervangen! Cons: Hotel stamt uit 1927. Verwacht niet dat alles modern uitziet.

I am writing this review as a corporate professional to warn other travelers, especially those traveling with elderly or vulnerable family members, about the shocking lack of ethics, aggression, and poor customer service at this 5-star property!!! While the hotel infrastructure is visually pleasing, the hostile behavior of certain staff members completely ruins the experience. Pros: Location is very good Cons: It shows 5-star, but the service quality is just 2-3 stars, when we ran out of shampoo and requested more, the reception stuff (a lady with blonde hair and small eye) showed me an unhappy face. The service quality literally sucks.
