Pros: The staff was friendly but everything was a disaster, they gave us 2 towels for 5 people and never changed them, same with the sheets Cons: The bathroom was a disaster, they didn't have towels or sheets, the heat in the room was unbearable, they didn't have air conditioning, what a madness
Pros: Close to public transport, various venues. Luggage storage before and after check-in is free. Kind and helpful staff Cons: Room for 4 people very very small, very small bathroom. Room in the basement. Poor cleanliness

Limpio, relativamente tranquilo, ¡parece imposible evitar las sirenas de la policía y las ambulancias en Londres! Agradable tener una mini nevera y suministros de café y té en la habitación. La tienda de comestibles directamente enfrente fue muy útil.
