I would definitely stay here again!
Pros: The location was perfect. The metro was just steps away and allowed easy access to many museums, activities, shopping and dining. Cons: The ac did not work well.

Very nice stay at a well accessible location
Pros: Location and the room itself were perfectly fine Cons: At first, the window could not close (which caused quite a lot of noise), but this was fortunately quickly resolved, so this was fixed

Pros: The room is amazing, big, nice view
Pros: The room is amazing, big, nice view. The reception personnel was very helpful and friendly. Very good customer service. Cons: The worst is the room's soundproofing. The bathroom door is glass and doesn't close fully. This doesn't allow for privacy. Also, the noise from other rooms is audible.
