Enjoyable stay
Pros: Updated clean, historic hotel in good location. The staff was exceptional. Very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast included was absolutely excellent. We were able to order off a delicious menu. Cons: The room was small. The restaurant was closed except for breakfast. The staff told us that the restaurant and bar would be reopening for soon, but that did not help us. The parking garage was one to two blocks away.

Great stay in Boston
Pros: Fab central location & great room. Cons: Initially allocated a room which was already occupied - but this was quickly resolved.

A good place for a short-term stay if location is important.
Pros: Friendly front desk. They were helpful in getting settled and available. The room was quiet and clean. However, there was no view. Cons: Small room with very limited storage for luggage etc. There were few additional amenities or space for relaxing or recreation.
