Pros: The staff were SO lovely and helpful. They came out and helped guide us into the parking. I thought I'd made my booking but then realised I hadn't and the man at reception couldn't do more to help me. On asking if they had plates and cutlery we could use in our rooms, they gave us extra reusable ones which really helped us out. They gave us advice on what late night shops we could use. Room wise, the bed was super comfy and they had two fans which was amazing because we'd stayed in a Travelodge the night before and it was so intensely warm that we didn't get any sleep. Pros: Para quem quer descansar depois de um dia a caminhar por Londres é ótimo. bastante silencioso durante a noite e a cama é confortável. Cons: Apesar de estar próximo a uma estação, a distância de metro até ao centro ainda é um pouco longa (cerca de 50 minutos). Para quem não se importa de perder duas horas por dia em viagem de ida e volta, é um ótimo custo/beneficio.
