Excellent value for money and easy to get to London city via the Elephant and Castle tube station
Pros: Clean and aircon on a hot day Cons: I accidentally drank out of a used glass when they were left on a tray at the side of the drinking water

Pros: The staff at the reception is kind and welcoming. Cons: Very dated rooms
Pros: The staff at the reception is kind and welcoming. Cons: Very dated rooms. The room cleanliness is poor, the hotel's location is very inconvenient to get to central London. The metro is not close, and the only way is to use buses that take a long time.

Actually, we didn't lack anything during our stay, delicious breakfasts where everyone found something for themselves, rooms cleaned daily, towels changed daily

Lovely stay, about 25 min walk from Tower Bridge, lots of shops nearby
Pros: Rooms were clean and spacious, staff were wonderful Cons: Our room was near the lift on the 2nd floor so was a bit noisy at times but nothing that would stop us staying again
