Great spot in NYC

Great location- I have started staying here for business instead of the others in the neighbourhood- why? I love the size of the room, clean / bright ( but dark at night) and the bed is excellent ( well laid out and a good hotel desk to work if need).i also don’t hear the non stop sirens on the city. I appreciate the gym- good size, clean and equipment is well maintained. I noticed a lot of families stay here- so they must love the main floor area. No Regrets! 10/10 Recommend

Hospitality is on point! We literally rebooked a vacation with them because of their level of service . Location has proximity that’s easy access to a lot of places both walking and by subway. Finally, shout out to their staff: Christopher, Vaida, Shayla, Jazmin and co. . Had a situation where airline cancelled twice and they helped me and went above and beyond in their kindness and professionalism. Housekeeping was amazing too! I will be staying here for my NYC trips from now on!

Deceptive…..hidden fees

I was initially going to give this hotel a pretty favorable rating based on its value and proximity to the subway and Times Square. But upon returning home and checking my credit card, I became aware that they charged $32 a day per room…..for “amenities”. This was never disclosed to me…..in fact when we checked in I was told a credit card was needed solely for incidentals. Add on top of this that our SECOND room was still not available for check in after 8pm…..so the other half of my family had to stay on the 18th floor instead of the 6th with us.
