Pros: Location & staff where great room was clean and in great condition. Cons: Shower wouldn't drain properly and couldn't have a shower, to be fair staff did there best to sort it out.

Pros: Loved how quickly things were fixed after we mentioned them. The staff were all very friendly. Cons: Just a couple of things needed fixing eg shower door. A bit tired but awesome still.
Pros: Good location clean comfortable room Cons: Late check in time,3.00pm, very noisy with traffic, my door wouldn't lock and maintenance had to put a new lock in which held me up

Great location- with a little refresh has the potential to be fab!
Pros: The property was in a great location. Walking distance to everything one could need. Bedroom had great views of the river and south bank Cons: The room is tired and needs a good refresh. The floors were stained, the kitchen chairs were gross and the bedding was questionable. The shower was littered in black mould. It just felt dirty.
