Cost-benefit = perfect!
Pros: The bed is very good, everything was very clean, and Victor was very helpful. Cons: I did not cook or use the kitchen, but if I had to cook, it would be a problem because the pots are not well maintained, they are in a critical state.
The attention from the administration and Victor's reception. Very attentive and super friendly.
Room for improvement
Pros: The spaciousness, the location, the shower (excellent pressure and temperature). Cons: The window in the room facing the courtyard does not close (creates insecurity). They charged me an additional fee ($8) to the final value of my reservation (for the booking commission) that was not appropriate.
The location, comfort, and cleanliness of the place... it is practical and has everything essential to feel at home.
Pros: It has all the amenities one may need. From kitchen items to towels and bedding. It also has a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. Strategic location due to its proximity to the center and the bus terminal. I recommend 100%. Cons: No room for improvement.
