We had a wonderful stay at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia in Milan. The rooms were beautifully large, spotlessly clean, and I absolutely loved the combination shower and tub setup. What truly sets this luxury hotel apart, however, is the incredibly attentive staff and their impeccable attention to detail. Our seamless experience started right at check-in. Pros: 駅前で便利。 利用しなかったがスパやジムがあるみたい。 スタッフは冷たい感じだがドアマンだけは感じ良かった。 Cons: 5つ星にしてはスタッフのサービスは悪く冷たい感じ。 15時チェックインだが、13時半に到着し、フロントで部屋が準備でき次第入れると言われたので待っていたが、結局15時まで待たされた。準備の状態をフロントが把握せずに待たされたあげく、お詫びもなく、当然のようにチェックインは15時だからと言われてあきれた。 夕食にホテル7階のレストランを遅い時間でもいいからと予約しようとしたら終日満員だと断られた。そんなことある？ 朝食はビジネスホテルレベル。 スタイリッシュだが、部屋のドアが銀行の金庫みたいでなんだかなあ。部屋の照明、エアコン、風呂のお湯の温度調節が難しかった。 バスルームの鍵がかからない。 価格に対してサービス不足。
