They were super friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The place is close to everything Downtown!
Best Location
Pros: The location, the bedding Cons: Misleading advertising on booking with photos that do not reflect the room at all (no storage in the bathroom, no view)
Pros: The location, the bedding Cons: Misleading advertising on booking with photos that do not reflect the room at all (no storage in the bathroom, no view). The bed was not a Queen size, the room size was about 15m2 while I had booked a 23m2 room, room cleaning service was extra, 40 dollars!!!! Unheard of for a hotel. Finally, the breakfast sold as "continental", included only a coffee or orange juice, with a muffin and an egg bagel that had to be picked up at the nearby cafe with a voucher, waiting in line. Really, this is what we can call not respecting its customers.
Cons: A gap between the window and the wall.

I wouldn’t stay here again
Pros: Nothing much Cons: It was dusty, the bathroom didn’t seem like it was cleaned properly especially the tub. The customer service wasn’t good at checking in. There was no place to sit besides the bed there was only one chair.
