Terrible experience

8-hour drive with kids, we were met with a freezing cold check-in. The agent made zero eye contact and explained absolutely nothing. We asked to cancel due to the bad vibe, but he rudely stated we wouldn’t get our money back. Earlier requests for extra blankets, pillows, and towels were totally ignored. Later, when we tried calling the desk about issues, no one answered—my daughter had to walk down to find the agent hiding in the back room. The room itself was a disaster. The bed was so terrible I couldn’t sleep. The bathroom had hair on the shower curtain, the sink was filthy from the previou

I booked the hotel from Booking.com, but for some reason on the hotel computer it was only showing 1 room instead of 2. But the gentleman on reception was helpful and booked 2 room for us

Great stay visiting Vancouver

Pros: Great services and good food in the cafe. Cons: -

Rooms stink of stale cigarettes.

The rooms reek of stale cigarettes. I could still taste it the next day hours after I left. I seriously considered sleeping in my car over staying. I travel a little and this is the worst place in my 20 years. No price is worth it.
