A great stay, as always!

Pros: As always, a fantastic stay! You really cannot beat the Rougemont for position to the city centre (level walk), distance from Exeter Central train station, value for money, friendly and helpful staff and rooms are always a good size (have stayed in standard double, premium double and standard twin rooms over the past couple of years). Rooms are clean, comfy beds, with a tea and coffee tray, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a pedestal fan and decent mirrors too. Cons: There really is nothing!

So convenient, great staff and everything is usually really easy

Pros: We arrived earlier than expected but our room was ready so we were able to check in. The Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Checking the car in for the car park for our stay was super easy too. Cons: The lifts were out of order again. Fortunately, it was only a short stay so we didn't have too much luggage. Hopefully, they will have been repaired by the time we stay again in November and December. The water available for drinking in reception was warm............

Pros: Hotel molto elegante e pulito. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Cons: Purtroppo alla reception ci hanno fatto pagare due volte la stessa camera. Non abbiamo ancora risolto il problema.

Pros: A comfortable hotel, very good value for money, opposite the central station and in the centre of the city, which is very convenient for me. The room I had was nice, although a little on the small side. The staff are friendly and helpful. Cons: A certain amount of outside noise early in the morning.
