Excellent Rating.....BUT

Pros: I'm giving them Excellent rating because Im a good guy, plus location is convenient, rooms are clean and Gentleman seems nice ....BUT, my check in and check out were "a little"  inconvenient.   For the check-in I had been there the week before and you'd think as a return guest it would be faster/easier, but no, it actually took  longer! He wanted to be reminded what days I was there last week (??), asked me for an address and when I pulled my other ID, he wanted to see that too.  Had that been all, I would've left it as is, but for my check out something else happened! It's a BIG pet

CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD TWICE!

I'm disappointed at this hotel. I thought it could be a favorite of mine for the hobby area but I wasnt treated "Fairly". Last time I stayed the man seem to want more info than needed to just check in a return guest.   Then the day I was leaving, BEFORE time to check out, he came and knocked on my door to ask me if I was staying or leaving, which to me it only means they're trying to hurry you out.   And yes you can hurry me out all you want, but you have to wait till after 11:00am for that!  Its like "a rental agreement" or a "Contract"..and I have the room till then. And then to make it
