Pros: It was as described. Great communication with the host. Cons: A bit trouble to get the keys upon arrival. Very hot summer day of 36degrees during our first day. There were fans in the apartment but still not enough cooling in the afternoon and evening.

Pros: We liked how close it was to Birmingham town centre and that there was a parking space included. It also worked out at £20 a night for each of us which was fantastic. The beds were comfy and clean, each room had fans in and plugs for charging phones overnight - near the bed as well which is always helpful. The host was helpful and easy to get hold of and if you're travelling as one group who will always leave the flat and come back together, then the lock box and one key is fine for that.
