Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Miami - Coral Gables

Different than expected, staff not great

Pros: I wasn’t told about the breakfast, found out after checkout when reviewing the confirmation The location is good & close to a variety of restaurants. Having never stayed at long term stay didn’t know what to expect Cons: Staff wasn’t communicative & not forthcoming with information. Asked for a luggage cart & it felt like it was a big favor. Requested a late checkout & had to practically beg. Didn’t know about breakfast till after checkout.bc staff doesn’t bother saying anything at checkin btw the above was based on all front desk staff at multiple hours, even over the phone, they wer

Pros: Location Cons: Supposed to be a " Non-smoking " room - room smelled like smoking , and overall " bad air" in the room ; fridge side was dirty ( multiple brown spots all over"

BUEN ALOJAMIENTO

Overall-very nice. Highly recommended ❤️

Excellent location.
