Pros: The Front desk manager Loreal was so professional, great personality, goes above and beyond the call of duty, courteous, smile, excellent customer service skills, etc. Cons: No complaints at all

The stay was almost perfect except,my girl could get her own room key replaced if the key stopped working

Pros: Area,cleanliness,microwave,spacious,refrigerator, plenty parking,stove to actually cook on Cons: The elevator was broken entire time . Had to room keys and out of 10 days the keys only worked 3 full days.The other 7 days,we had to keep walking up and down 3 flights of stairs at least twice after going up the stairs not being able to get in the room.They wouldn’t let my girl in the room when her key stopped working.
