Cons: The lady at the desk charged me twice I told her I already paid on booking.com but she charged me again anyway and was holding my card forever and when she finally figured out I wasn't going to walk away without my card she finally gave it back plus there was drug paraphernalia on the stairs and in front of the building and drug addicts sleeping in the lobby I will never stay at that location again

We should have changed location!

Pros: Not much Cons: They had signs asking you to clean up after yourself but yet the trash cans are all overflowing. When you walk in in the evening around dinner time the whole place smells as if there was a seafood boil going on.

Pros: I like the location. Cons: It smelled like cigarettes so bad. Even my towels did. No coffee, very scattered staff, I left $50 worth of food packed in a duffel bag in the fridge by accident. When I came back to get it and recheck in, the cleaning lady was eating my grapes in my room and told me the food was gone. My new room was dirty and I don't like the first floor but two weeks in a row I couldn't get a room on any other floor, no plates, cups, only half a roll of toilet paper upon check-in. I've been coming here quite often for years and the staff seems to be going downhill, very spun
