Disaster

Pros: Michael was the only thing that was good about this place Cons: Our stay was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The hotel is severely understaffed, and the level of cleanliness and service was completely unacceptable. Upon checking in, our initial room was filthy. We found hair between the sheets, hair in the bathtub, a dirty toilet, and an uncleaned microwave. We were promised the sheets would be changed before we got back from dinner, but when we returned, nothing had been done. We were forced to change them ourselves—only to discover the mattress cover had old bloodstains on
