Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - Northlake

I got to the property and didn’t like what I saw. I didnt feel safe at all.

Pros: The area Cons: The property is sketchy

Had a wonderful time for the 10 days that we were there.

Pros: Convenient to the places we needed to visit. Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable and well suited to our needs. Location was very quiet yet convenient to I-285. Cons: Trash room was constantly overflowing. Dishwasher did not work, although we actually had very little need for it. 2 of the 3 washing machines were non-operative; however, we were able to fulfill our laundry needs.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Praying that no rodents get in my luggage and I bring those rodents into my house. Seen a couples roaches. Also the couch has a lot of spots and wood on the bathroom sink at the bottom was very damage it was missing.

Horrible

Pros: Nada Cons: Super dirty. The unbearable smell of cigarette. The receptionists were rude and superficial. The room was super dirty. The bed full of hairs from people and dogs. The bathroom a disaster, in short, everything bad.

Pros: None Cons: Loud noises that were on for 6 hours, fire alarm then came in room and asked us to leave so they can clean the A/C unit... Manager rude... Then came in room said smell like smoke and nobody advised us of a no smoking room and didn't say it when checked in...
