This was a very budget hotel, still quite expensive due to location.
Pros: Location, early check-in Cons: The staff member setting up the breakfast at 6am was rude. All other staff was fantastic. There was no drinking water at breakfast besides hot water for oatmeal. Vending machines sold bottled water.

Pros: Nice staff. Cons: Cleaning could be better and needs repairs.
Clean, would stay agajn.
Pros: It was remodeled so at least the halls were brand new. Room bedding and room was clean, older appliances and condition, but fine. Annoying to have to call for silverware and dishes to be sent up. Cons: I was told to call an outside company when the wifi stopped working and I was on the phone for over 40 min without a resolution.
Pros: Close to Ohare and Allstate arena. Good value for money Cons: Mechanical noise in our room disrupted sleep. Someone was banging on a window outside in the night. You must ask for kettle cups etc when you check in as the kitchen is not stocked
