Extended Stay America Suites - Cincinnati - Blue Ash - Kenwood Road

Pros: The location was decent, not really far from my destination. Cons: Staff was rude, we asked for extra blankets and was told we couldn't have any it's not in their policy. The pillows were infant size and the mattress was super hard as if we was sleeping on a board!! Breakfast was horrible, they gave us oatmeal packs and the water wasn't hot enough to make it edible. The room smelled stale, we refused to shower without shower shoes so we was only able to wash up.

It was fine because all we needed was to sleep but if we needed to be there more I would have not been ok

Pros: It was in the middle of various places! Cons: It was extremely dirty and smelled awful

Terrible stay never again will I stay there or any Extended Stats

Pros: The location and the staff for the most part Cons: Internet was slow

Room was not clean, hair and dust on the chair, hair on the shower walls, dirt on the carpets, stains on walls

Pros: Easy check in Cons: Not clean
