Dirty, derelict and disappointing
We arrived expecting a basic, but clean and well appointed, room with a full bed and pull-out couch. What we found was a building generally dilapidated and actively under repair—but our room was in the pre-repair state. Dirty carpets, lights that didn’t work, moldy smell.
The 2nd bed wasn’t made and I was given sheets to make it up but no pillow.
The Website stated there was a workout room; there was not. And there was hair in the tub. Obviously cleanliness and completeness was in a state of disrepair as well.
The whole experience was so far from what was advertised and expected that we will

This was the worst smelling hotel room I have ever stayed in and I am a former airline employee.
Pros: It was close to a lot of things.
Cons: My room smelled terrible! I worked for the airlines and flew over 600 flights a year for over 15 years and this was the worst smelling room I have ever stayed in. The smell even lingered on my clothes even after I left!

Cons: There were only 2 wash cloths in the room if I book for 4 people I need towels for each person
