Extended Stay America Suites - Kansas City - Shawnee Mission

Pros: Nothing Cons: At the time of booking, I noted that I would be arriving between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM. The property's listing also states that the front desk is open 24 hours. However, when I arrived during that window, the lobby and front desk were closed, and no one answered my calls. A sign on the door stated the front desk hours were actually 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, contradicting the listed 24-hour availability. Because I was unable to check in, I had to book a room at another property that night, at an additional cost of $94.86. I'm attaching the receipt for this expense. The next morn

Pros: Our room had bugs, the bathroom had not been cleaned and still had dirty towels from the previous stay. The front desk offered to move us to the last available room but we didn’t want to haul all three kids and our stuff to another room in the middle of the night. We ended up leaving immediately. Cons: Literally everything.
