Not a great one
Cons: Took all or luggage to the 2nd floor only to find the room had not been cleaned. Haver us another room on the 3rd floor. Difficult to do when you have a handicapped kid. The luggage carts were impossible to maneuver. 1 had rails not attached the other had wheels that wouldn't roll easily. Not a great experience.
